Horrible experience with dr.Hanna Ibrahim A few days ago, I visited Dr. Hannah Ibrahim and explained that the problem I have is on the outer skin of my sensitive area. I even mentioned that I’m sure it’s not an infection, but rather an irritation. However, she insisted that I do a test for reassurance, so I completed it in the toilet. I used to attend a different medical centre until frustration made me change to Bulleen Plaza medical centre. After a few doctors i started seeing Dr Hanna Ibrahim who was like a breath of fresh air . Her knowledge of prescription medications is second to none and her follow up process is nothing short of professional. I have since been able to control my problem and continue to see her whenever i need medical attention.
I had an appointment with Dr. Sam Asaad, the staff at the front desk treated me in a very rude way, she wanted me to go to the pharmacy on the other side of the shopping centre to bring a mask, and she also mentioned that the waiting time would be more than 40 minutes, and when I told her that I’m just on time for my appointment and can’t wait that long, she just said I can only cancel your appointment in a very impolite way, I just said thank you and left. Will never go back again
