I’m very disappointed with my experience at Bulleen Plaza Medical Centre. We booked a phone consultation and waited more than 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment time without receiving any call. After waiting, we contacted the clinic to see what was happening. The receptionist told us that the doctor was busy and would call us shortly. Unfortunately, we never received a follow-up call. I cannot thank Dr. Magda enough for sticking with me and helping found out the root cause for my symptoms. She is a very caring and patient doctor who takes the time to listen and get to the bottom of the problem. If we didn’t continue to investigate the issue I could’ve ended up a lot worse. Now I’m back home recovering from surgery and will hopefully be feeling much better once I’m fully healed. Highly recommend Dr. Magda !!

Great bulk billing clinic with some amazing doctors. Especially doctors: Zain Gorji, Sam Assad, Mona Hanna and Katy Abraham. All caring, attentive and personable. And Dimi the receptionist is always willing to help with absolutely anything in a time of need. Its a great team. I have been attending this clinic for the better part of 25 years. Sure, the waits are long… but it is justified. Thank you to all!
The receptionist was extremely rude and borderline racism. They really need to review their staffs. Horrible experience, she acted like she owns the place (i won’t mention her name but yes you with dark long curly hair and deep voice). I don’t expect a smile on a face or a simple greeting but no need to be so snarky.
