Very disappointed with the customer service with this company. We reached out to them in May/June about getting a dumpster on our property. They said it would be about 8 weeks, it is now September and I’ve called countless times asking when we would receive it and keep getting the run around “ I have to ask the driver I don’t know”. It seems like nobody has any clear answers for any of it. Kevin is a very responsible business owner who has never left us high and dry. His web site Is very helpful regarding his pickup schedule, especially around the holidays. In addition his rates are very competitive.
Always on time. Never an issue like i have had with HD waste.
