Item didn't fit. Customer Service said they sold thousands (yeah right..) and never had an issue when I personally found online complaints about the same issue that I had. This line seams to be the norm nowadays with junk companies. Bob the manager went on the phone line and was very defensive and rude, when I asked for exact measurement of the part in order to check if the part I have was defective he said "You know what, I want you to return this product and buy it from somebody else"... what?? You just can't beat the quality and the fact that they are a local winch company located out in the Deer Valley area that's the best customer service you can get

Great winch, and customer service is definitely amazing. I lost a screw pin for an older 8,000lb winch, let them know, and all I was asked was for an address to send the new one to. Awesome.
