Rich is hands down and old school genuine mechanic. From his warm vibrant welcome, extensive mechanic knowledge, communicates to customer very genuinely, and explains the whole process through. I will be bringing my other vehicles his way. He replaced an a/c condenser on my 2013 Ford Expedition with great results. As I know other auto shops would of tried to sell me a whole a/c job from front to rear. And he will only replace what's mechanically needed to get you back going in a very short time.
