My car was making a rattling sound that was really concerning me so I took it here on my way home to have it diagnosed. They were a little busy but looked at it within half an hour or so for $15 which wasn't too bad. Once they were done "diagnosing" the issue, though they informed me that I needed a new catalytic converter and resonator and that it would be $400 to fix and take half a day. I am VERY dissatisfied with the service at this location. I was charged for a front end alignment that was never performed. When I picked up my vehicle I was told that everything aligned out fine and once I got my upper control arm bushings replaced to return and they would give me a FREE alignment. When I got home I checked under my vehicle and NOTHING had been done in the form of alignment. The tow in and out controls had not been touched. Excellent Customer Service, fair price and quality workmanship. – I have used Bulldog Tire Co since they opened their doors 20+years ago. I have found them to be honest and to tell me only what is actually wrong with my vehicle. Their repair work has always been excellent. I recently had a problem with one of my autos and they could not find anything wrong so I had no charge. I offered to pay for their time and Joe's response was.."We didn't do anything to help you so we can't charge you". Regarding tires, they usually have ... read more

Honest! – Although I'm not an expert on cars, I am an expert on honesty and that is what these guys are. I have been taking my car to Bulldog tires for years. I am, by nature, a very skeptical person - especially when it comes to auto mechanics, but I can tell you without a doubt, Bulldog Tire won't "invent" things wrong with your car or suggest you buy something you really don't need. There is no better feeling for a car owner than know you bought what your car needs and ONLY what your car needs.
