One of the worst experiences with any kind of contractor I've ever had. We asked about an estimate. They called last minute while they were already on their way. This was after we wrote them off as they originally said they could t make it out until August. This was back in May I believe. No previous notice. Did a good job but I was quoted $375. I paid with my credit card and when I walked in the house they charged me $412.50. Charged me 10% for my credit card. If they would have told me I would have wrote them a check. Very much disappointed.

Scam. They your money, they don't do the work, and they won't give it back. Hopefully they change their mind, because that sort of scam will get a business shut down.

Not licensed contractors, are truckers with a food pantry. They have zero business taking people’s money when they can’t install and they won’t give your money back.

Bulldog Septic asked for a $5,000 deposit on installing a new drainfield over the summer. We waited months while we had farm animals standing in grey water while Bulldog's excuse was shortage of labor and materials. We went the summer with the smell of sewage. Finally, after getting no installation date and several calls to Kim at Bulldog, I called the county and major excavators in town and was told that my drainfield needed to be installed within days or that the ground would freeze and I'd be out of luck through winter.
