Dawn and the rest of the team have provided top notch customer service since day one. We've rented a unit for the past few years and the team has accommodated us every step of the way. We added, subtracted and eventually vacated our unit and they even provided us with a refund cheque, as we vacated early. Hands down, an excellent experience and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
