I enjoy the regular staff at this location. However... READ YOUR CONTRACT!!!!! March 16, 2024. Bull Dog Self Storage granted access to my storage unit. They did this for someone that they checked on their computer and knew was NOT on the Access List. To add insult to injury. They made one single failed attempt to contact me at 1:18pm. After that, they then used MY PERSONAL ACCESS CODES to let these people into the yard while deactivating my storage units alarms. Really great experience! Service was prompt, thorough, and effective! Facilities were very clean, very easy to access, and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.
