Save yourselves the aggravation!Bulldog movers provided the WORST moving experience I have ever had (and I have moved a lot)! Moving my elder mother was stressful enough, but this moving company made it absolutely horrific! The words incompetent, and unprofessional come to mind.- Two of the movers got into an argument and were cursing in my mothers living room. - One of the movers wanted asked to use my mothers phone so he could call his girlfriend to pick him ** in the middle of the job.- Without notice, the supervisor drov... read more

We hired Bulldog movers to move items from a storage unit into our new office. Our complaint is that it took over 7 hours for the 3 hour job. We were in the parking lot of the storage unit at 2pm, as they requested, and they were expected to arrive by 3pm. They did not arrive until 6:30 pm, which didn't give us time to move boxes so we could find the items we needed. We were very clear on what we needed them to do and the time frame we had to work in. When I complained they said that they were sorry, and since they were dela... read more

We recently had a move with multiple pickup locations over multiple days and we could not have been happier with our experience! I would recommend Bulldog to anyone - they do what they say they're going to do when they say that they're going to do it. **** and his crew were total class. You can't go wrong with these guys!

The ************* headed by ***** arrived on time and got to work immediately. ******, *******, and ****** were the other three members of the team. They were very efficient in moving all of the furniture from my first floor to the garage and upstairs so that my floors could be refinished. I will request the same team return when the floors are done and I need everything moved back. Communication is good when arranging all this with Bulldog Movers.

Business response:

Thanks so much for sharing this *****! Were glad to hear ****** and his team impressed. We look forward to helping you in the future! Thank you for your business.

Horrible company! They dropped and damaged my piano in my living room, breaking the pedals completely off and damaging the veneer. They denied all and ****** asked ME where the pedals were. The repairs are substantial and they completely lied about damaging my piano. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Business response:

Hi ******, we attempted to repair your piano by sending out a repair tech. We did this even though you selected the most basic valuation that does not require us to attempt to repair. We advised the piano could be repaired, but you expected a full restoration of the piano and not a repair of the damages that resulted in the move. We then offered to process your claim at your elected valuation of 60 cents per pound. Unfortunately, you cut off communication before we could close out this claim. I believe you are upset because ... read more

We hired Bulldog Movers to move us from Winder to Washington, GA. The person who quoted the job was inexperienced and quoted us below the actual charge for the move. The packers and movers were really good however, the business office has no idea what they are doing. One of the owners, Eric C***********, made every excuse in the book as to why we should sign paperwork that was incorrect with a "promise" that they would give us an itemized copy of the bill - which was incorrect with charges for crates we didn't use and paymen... read more

Business response:

We apologize for the overages caused by the weight increasing on your move. We are retraining the sales rep who quoted your move to ensure this does not happen again. In regards to what happened while collecting, the sales manager you spoke with sent a new estimate at your request to reflect the extra crate be removed from the total among other discrepancies. Unfortunately, accounting was gone by after 6pm on Friday when this was being settled and sales does not have access to invoicing features. Your deposit was deducted on... read more

I chose Bulldog to move me from a two bedroom apartment to a a larger one bedroom apartment one block away in Chamblee in 2020. This was 15 months ago. The move was without problems so I decided to use them again this year for two moves: for my sister in law's move from Panama City Beach to Atlanta, and for my move to a two bedroom again further north in Chamblee. Both were very disappointing. My sister in law had a six chair dining set that got badly scratched and a bookcase that was gouged. I didn't see these damages becau... read more

STAY AWAY if you actually hope for movers to show up. I signed a contract for a local move about 7 weeks in advance. 8 movers, 2 trucks, 10 hours. Total estimate of $4k. Service was great ahead of time. We texted with questions and they always answered. Moving day comes- and they are a no-show. Literally- no one showed up. We called and were told they couldn't put together a 4-man team, let alone 8 movers. We scrambled to make a big move by ourselves. So, if you actually want the movers you hire, choose someone else.

Business response:

Hi C********, we truly apologize for the negative experience. We did not intend to cancel and I can assure you that was the last resort. This is not a regular occurrence but an unfortunate result of the current labor shortage we are in. We regret that this happened and we have doubled down on hiring to make sure this does not happen again. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to make things right.

My experience with Bulldog Movers was truly a terrible one. It all started out ok and well-planned. Having moved several times since moving to Atlanta almost 10 years ago, I learned that it's often more about the crew that's assigned to you for your move rather than the actual moving company itself. Unfortunately, my bad experience involved the actual movers and company. I began by asking Bulldog to send someone out to do a walk-through my house to see everything they would be moving. I didn't want to risk me underestima... read more

Business response:

We have offered the client a settlement greater than $500.00, but he refused the offer. That offer still stands, and for the damage furniture we have technicians that can take care of the damages. We would like to settle the claim.
