Very honest and upfront about all vehicles on the lot, while looking at other car places found lots that I was able to catch misleading claims just by looking closely at hidden repairs . Would feel confident if I purchased another vehicle from them.
I was told a truck would be set aside for me since the dealership was closed during the snowstorm. When I came the next day to see the truck it was already sold to someone else. Very frustrating after driving from London to check it out. They could have called to say it had already been sold after I called first thing in the morning that I would be there shortly.
Such a great experience buying from Bill! He was fair, transparent, and took the time to explain everything. The car is great quality, and when a couple of small issues came up, they were kind enough to fix them right away. Great, knowledgeable people there! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
