WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If 0 stars was an option that would be appropriate. Landry convinced me to invest in a Fix and Flip project based on the property of his choosing, and I trusted him. He assured me it would take about 3 months to get it done. The work was not only incomplete 10 months later, but I had hire another crew to redo a lot of the work. I’ve contacted Landry wheeler multiple times on payout for 2 sub contractors and he has failed to respond or pay the contract. He has unfinished bathrooms that have been paid to him in the amount of $50k. Multiple clients have had to seek other contractors because after Landry wheeler accepts payment he doesn’t finish the projects. If Landry wheeler doesn’t pay the sub contractors the payout on the contract a mechanics lean is going to be put on both properties as well as in doing all the work we have had to complete.
I am an Out of state investor, he does not respond he has not got any work done. Collected money. A job he scheduled for 2 months is going on 6months and I’m left clueless. He created a budget and timeline and has not held up his end. Without the help of legal action and the attorney general I would be completely at a loss. Complete fraud!!!
I had storm damage to the siding on my house. I called Landry Wheeler and he came the very next day. He did an excellent job doing the repairs, matching paint colors and cleaning up afterward. He was courteous and professional. I must mention that I called two others. One ghosted me and the other wasn’t going to get to it for over a month and at an extremely high cost. I highly recommend Landry Wheeler. He does a fantastic job.
