Highly recommend this rental company! We rented two machines from them so we didnt have to make multiple trips in hauling our own equipment down there for a job as we are 4hrs away. Communication was excellent, machine drop off/pickup was on time and very easy to work with. Mike was very pleasant, helpful and has excellent customer service! Thank you Mike for making our job run smoothly with your help in any questions, or changes in job delay with pickup. Your boss should be proud to have you on his team!
Can’t believe I’m from Miami and being racially profiled here because I’m a young Latino with a business . Denied service due to lack of knowledge on what a credit card it can’t make this up . BUSINESS OWNERS DONT COME HERE
The customer service in this store was the worst I have ever experienced in my life they racially profiled me when trying to rent a bobcat and trailer because I’m not from the area plus I’m young with a company . Manager on duty clearly didn’t know the difference between a prepaid and a credit card . Due to his lack of knowledge on credit or business I couldn’t rent any equipment from there horrible trash business . Even a worker apologized for the managers behavior on the way out .
Service here was disgusting , was looked at sideways since entering the establishment because I am an out of towner trying to do a job in the area . Wasn’t allowed to rent because the worker wasn’t familiar with the credit institution I wanted to use for deposit . When you own a business you have MULTIPLE CREDIT CARDS from multiple banks and he tried to say it was a prepaid card . There is a huge difference in both .
