Worst service ever. They kept our houseboat for over a year and kept making excuses as to why nothing got done. They pulled our generator out saying they’d get it fixed. Months later they said they weren’t going to be able to and we’d have to order a new one, which should be there in a week. Months later they said Westerbeak screwed up and sent it somewhere else. They never replaced the batteries or even pulled it out for the winter as they said they would. In all this time they never communicated with us about anything unti... read more
