I walked in their door and the business just closed but the staff were still there. I was looking for a drain plug for a pwc after stopping at other marine stores that did not have the right size. Owners just pulled one from their personal boats and said it was easier for them to find a replacement and for us just to be safe and have fun and sent us in our way. Great customer service!
