Had a newer battery develop a leak from what was likely vibration issues in an older tractor. Battery still functional even though a very slight leak. Customer service was excellent and fair, honored warranty even though battery was not leaking when purchased. Offered me a new battery at a very heavily discounted price and were very professional. Rick is very professional. Excellent service. Will do business with again and would recommend.
It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at Bulldog. I didn't see the sign that stated NOT to turn off my vehicle if I wasn't sure it would start. Guess what...it wouldn't start. No one disparaged me for my lack of seeing the sign. They were very friendly, explained what the policy was re: warranty, and I left feeling great. (After I left, I saw the sign - so apologies to the staff, as it was pouring rain). Would recommend this business to anyone!
These guys are great. I purchased a marine item on EBay that has a complicated battery pack which was unable to be charged. I sent the battery assembly to Bulldog, they created a new battery pack. Now the item works like new. I think that the charges were fair. Thank you again.
How businesses should be !!!!.. Have been going to Bulldog for years cannot recommend them enough. The guys are just amazing very helpful and friendly. They stand by their products and HONOR Their warranties unlike others that try to get out of them. DO NOT HESITATE!!! 10 Stars
After a ridiculous quote from my local dealer, I called Bulldog and they played no games and knew exactly what I needed as my SUV only takes 1 specific battery. In and out in about 10 mins for half the price the dealership quoted me. This place has always been amazing!
