I called for service on my trailer they quickly told me not available and hung up.... thank god I wasn’t on the side of the freeway

Just called this guy on the phone. I told him what my specific issue is and asked if he could tell me if he has the part on hand, an AC motor. “We don’t sell parts. We do service.” How the hell do you do service without parts? I would normally hang up after some BS like this as it creates a perception of incompetence and laziness but I need my issue fixed. Complete ripoff. We had a wheel bearing fail on the side of I-20. He says it'll be $130 to come down but that if he does he can definitely fix it. He even had me send him photos so he could see what it was before saying whether of not he could fix it. He takes our trailer information so he can get parts together before leaving. 2 hours late he shows up with NO PARTS that he needs. spends the evening driving around looking for parts, but not before stopping to get dinner.
