Worst company in Jacksonville. Owners Sean and Lisa Bullard want your money and that is it. Owner is an a hole with no customer service habits or skills. They go through help like water because they treat their help like crap. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some headache and take your business to a responsible and professional company. Bullard isn't it!
Worked for Sean and Lisa Bullard for 3 months in 2020. After about a month after witnessing some of the worst installation procedures to "save money" and after realizing their was no future I started planning my exit. After I quit I found out that The Bullard paid my co workers overtime, but paid me and some of my other coworkers straight time. They cheated me out of at least 100 hours of overtime and failed to send my last check.for 3 days salery even after admitting to the Department of Labor that they owed it to me. Disho... read more
I was given a quote a year ago and my husband and I decided to wait. I recently re-engaged with Bullard Fence as we were financially ready to commit to this project. After 3 weeks of back and forth and an un-godly amount of unprofessionalism in regards to follow up. My experience has been calling multiple times a day with no answer, being told I would get a follow up but then don't, and then not clarifying they would need to re-assess after a year.
