I used this guy for my home inspection and am not at all happy with the results. He missed broken pipes and other significant plumbing problems, electrical problems......it's a long list. Plus, he took a dump in the toilet, then told me, "Oh, you're toilet is broken, and I just took a dump in it." I would go as far as saying it was a complete waste of my money.
Used his services for my home inspection he is terrible please please please do not use him he does not do a proper inspection and I have paid thousands to fix all the things he missed
We had major issues, wall-pump, garage door opener, windows, electricity, and small pipe leaks. Every time when we found an issue, we called Gary and he gladly come out to fix it. He is very busy man, also working as an inspector in the town, very smart, fast, accurate, but also friendly. He explains everything to us until we understand and offers best options that we can take.
