Yesterday, I had my first visit to this office for an eye exam. There was a mix-up from what I was told over the phone. When I mentioned it, it was immediately brought to the attention of the office manager. In many, many past experiences of mine in other practices, where something similar has happened, the office almost always expects the patient to simply “deal” with the consequences of the situation and there is rarely an offer to fix it.
