I was well aware of the $75 consultation fee but I was told that it wasn't economical for Mr. Bull to represent me because my case was being handled in another parish. Mr. Bull literally sat there for fifteen minutes telling me that I definitely had a case and still expected the fee. I felt as if I was being thrown out.
