If I could give less than 1 star I would. We have always had our vehicles serviced here without any trouble. Made an appointment for an oil change 1.5 weeks ago. I drop off my husband's truck before 8am and tell them I will pick it up at 4. When I arrive at 415 they have not started on his truck even though they have had it for over 8 hours. I do not live in Wynne. I had to find transportation home and to work. My husband is told they are "pulling it back" at 5pm. We leave it there over night and another 8 hour work day. My ... read more
My Dad's coworker had his truck up there for three weeks and is still not worked on. THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE!!!
