Kristin was so helpful and kind. She went out of her way to make it an easy process. Moving across the country isn't a fun event to plan, but Kristin was a total bright light during a stressful time. I wish everyone could have someone like her to rent a moving truck from. She feels more like a friend than a person taking care of a transaction.
I made a reservation for a trailer and the women in the office were very accommodating and helpful. They are so pleasant to work with they even helped me get the trailer attached to my truck. I will rent here again!!!
Now let's get down to buisness. This establishment doesn't care about details and truly running through an RV fixing anything of real improvement and or importance. It wasn't till a few months goes by that I wanted to hook up my Winegaurd Wifi booster and I found a very small version non repairable wire broken right in front of my face when the beauty cover was taken off.
