BMR was so quick to respond to my call, the same day I called. I was even more surprised when Kim was able to schedule a technician (Jaden) to came that same day, it was even an hour later they arrived and started in the clean up! Which is amazing. Jaden did an amazing job and was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend BMR for any disaster clean up needs.
I flooded my kitchen by leaving the sink running. I left for a few minutes, having to run upstairs to check on my screaming kid and then came back down stairs to see water all over my kitchen floor. The caulking around my sink had deteriorated and the instead of the water spilling over into the other side of the sink it was leaking into the bottom of the cupboard through the sides.
