Vince came to our home to do an estimate on a rebuild due to water damage from a leak. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time. He took a very stressful situation and made it feel like it was manageable, that we weren't in it alone, and that he would be working on our behalf when dealing with the insurance company. It was a pleasure meeting him.
Our washing machine flooded our home. Our insurance sent out BMR and the mitigation team was so helpful in explaining the process and getting everything dried out. Alejandro and Jaden were very professional and communicative about what they were doing and why they were doing it.
BMR was so quick to respond to my call, the same day I called. I was even more surprised when Kim was able to schedule a technician (Jaden) to came that same day, it was even an hour later they arrived and started in the clean up! Which is amazing. Jaden did an amazing job and was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend BMR for any disaster clean up needs.
