WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DENTIST WAS GETTING FRUSTRATED WHILE DOING MY TEETH , CUT ME UVULA , BEING ROUGH , ALMOST MADE ME THROW UP ASKED TO STOP AND KEPT GOING .

Never in all my years have I had such a BAD experience with staff. The first woman who answered the phone cold transferred me, than the second was irate, rude, yelled at me, cut me off at every sentence when asked a question on policy for canceled appointments. Not even an no show. And when I asked for management, she refused and threatened to disconnect the call. Then the manager refused to address the rude behavior and instead claimed a miscommunication. Seek a second opinion before costly, time consuming and painful procedures from here. They wanted to cap most of my teeth, because grinding wear and tear. I am skeptical, because the dentist was brief, nonchalant and offered no proof of ground flat teeth. No sharing of the x-rays or showing me my flat spotted teeth in a mirror was given.
