I recommend Julia! She has been my stylist since 2014 and I keep coming back. Many many bang trims, touch ups, and large chops. Two big chops! She helped me donate my hair! I always trust my girl. I now live in LA and will not get my bangs cut unless I am going to NYC specifically to go to Julia ~ bangs currently grown out ;(

Off Primary Salon is all about transformation. I love getting my hair cut and colored with Julie because it truly is a transformative experience. I have been coming to OffPrimary for about a year now, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience has been. I originally came in for haircuts and general styling needs and have been working with Priscilla, who is incredible. She helped me understand my hair, how to care for it, and guided me through my first experience with extensions, which has truly been a dream come true.
