Doesn't seem like the guys behind the counter know anything. Within the past two years been screwed over three times. Purchased brakes....sold the wrong brakes..... purchased tires....screwed that up....asked for service.....screwed that up as well. Take ur bike somewhere else. Service was better 10 years ago. Now sadly not anymore.
I would stay away from that place!!!! I would give -5 stars if possible but sadly I can't!!!! I called them and asked how much they would pay for my bikes both has less than 5 k miles but of course a junk Harleys they wanna see the bikes and also they wanna know how much i owe on them... These people are jokes just like other Harley dealers!!!! The salesman had a very bad attitude i even told him dude i don't like your attitude and i don't do business with people like you!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!!!!!
I came in to buy a few small items and possibly look at a few bikes. Tyler welcomed me into the showroom and I mentioned I was interested in seeing a few bikes. He offered to show me a few and he found a street glide I liked. He set up a test ride immediately and by the time we came back, I was sold on the bike. Jose worked on the finance paperwork and quickly got me accepted while Tyler prepped the bike. The staff and team members are top notch and professional with emphasis on the needs of the buyer making sure you get 100% satisfaction on your purchase. Its a no pressure atmosphere at Bull Falls and as a customer your treated with tailored needs to your purchase. Kudos to all involved in the sale of my CVO Trike. I will ride with even more pride.
