I absolutely love living at The Bull Durham building! It’s full of history and charm. Lori has been incredible from the moment I applied, and my neighbor is wonderful too. I have no complaints at all and plan to stay here until I purchase a home.

I cannot say enough good about the Bull Durham. My entire experience living there has been great from the maintenance to the community to the leasing staff in the office. Maintenance is quick to respond and does a thorough job. The tenants are mostly long time residents who have respect for others and the property. Peter, the landlord, is genuinely interested in ensuring that the tenants are taken care of. He is genuinely kind and it shows in his work. I would recommend the Bull Durham or NuStyle to anyone looking to rent.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've had in any apartments. The "charming exposed brick walls" crumble and make a mess; the exposed pipes leak into the living room; the windows are not sealed and let in the cold to the point that the apartment cannot be kept warm in winter. There is no sound dampening between apartments, so you hear every word. Bugs get in very easily.
