I visited this GP with my back pain hoping to get help with my health issues, but unfortunately my concerns were not properly addressed. Despite paying for the consultation, my problems remain unresolved and I am still suffering . Sadly, this was a waste of my time and money.
i've seen so many bad reviews here but i've had no strongly good or bad experience here. maybe i'll update after a few more years?
The receptionist is always smiling and friendly. It is one of the few places that provides bulk billing for health care card holders. We usually go to another GP but this place is convenient when we need last minute appointments. We avoid the phlebotomist here as we had negative encounters in the past.
I had an appointment here in July 2024 because my regular practice was fully booked. At the time it was a mediocre but ultimately forgettable experience--no major complaints, but I wouldn't be singing any praises, aside from the fact I was bulk billed. That same day after I'd left the practice I got a call from reception telling me they'd put my billing through wrong to medicare and that I'd recieve a rebate, and once I did I should send that rebate to the practice.
