I've only been to BCVH once, but everyone I interacted with was exceedingly kind. I've spoken to folks on the phone there a few times: we had an appointment the week before, and I had to call that morning to last-minute cancel and reschedule because I was held up at the DMV, and they were polite and understanding, and didn't seem annoyed one bit. In the office, everyone was especially polite to Rose, my dog. Katie, our vet tech, sat on the floor with her while getting her history, and I appreciated that. We saw Dr. Bennett, ... read more
