The main thing you need to know is that Jim does NOT listen and do what you tell him you want done. Due to limited space I am unable to state all the horrible details and how unprofessional this guy is, but even the guy he sub’d to add irrigation zones said it’s a common complaint that he does not listen to what customers tell him they need and want. Jim is a very unprofessional company owner.
