Went into the er multiple times and they said there was nothing they could do. Three days waiting all day to be sent away. I went to burns lake er and they helped with all my concerns and needs.
Travelled from PG for surgery. Staff was very pleasant. RN's, doctor had fantastic bedside manner and were very attentive & accomodating. Great job Bulkley Valley District Hospital!
Hopefully nurse kowski in emergency is gone now……people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones…..or be a power tripping nurse
On Monday I went to emerg they did vitals and wanted a urine sample and they didn’t test it if they did they should have seen an infection going rampage through my body. I have a bladder infection that has spread to my kidneys They didn’t test me for anything either they just gave me a toradol shot and told me to go on my way. Somehow they should be liable for this. And I’m so much pain hard to cope with
I have had occasions to use the various services provided by the hospital. Lab , imaging , surgery, emergency etc for over 40 years .Considering the tremendous workloads they are all under, they have been excellent. Eager to assist, polite, empathetic, professional and friendly does not cover the efforts they put in. Lucky to have them
