The Hispanic staff members at this store are extremely racist. I go there often, and I’ve noticed that they are very friendly toward customers who are not Asian—even giving coupons to people whose purchase is only $1. However, when it comes to Asian customers, they don’t even greet us or offer coupons. During checkout, they simply hand us the payment machine without saying a word. Horrible customer service. I was yelled at for checking the label on a product displayed by the window because it was behind the cash register. There are respectful and professional ways to guide customers without yelling at them. Unacceptable behavior.

I had a very disappointing experience at the "Eglinton" location today. I asked a simple question and was met with a rude, dismissive, and disrespectful response in front of other customers. There was absolutely no reason for such unprofessional behavior. Store policies can always be explained politely. "Respectful customer service should never be optional."
