I love bulk barn..no matter where itbis located.
The employees are friendly and I must say it is a very organized place. The products are good and the prices are adequate :)
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I’ve had multiple negative interactions with the staff. On one occasion, when I tried to use a coupon and didn’t notice the amount, the employee responded rudely by saying, “Can’t you read?” On another visit, the same employee didn’t greet me or speak at all beyond stating the total. This level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. Someone in a customer-facing role should be able to communicate politely and professionally.
