I placed a large order but did not receive a confirmation. Payment was made thru Paypal. So I sent Bulk Salts an email for confirmation plus 2 phone calls, but no response. I finally called Paypal and they processed refund. Then I heard from Bulk Salts - and she was not nice. Very condescending and rude. I offered to reorder if they would call me. In her exact words - "Nah, I think we'll pass."I think someone needs a course in customer service!
