Super unhappy with my psychology appointment conducted over the phone. You shouldn't end a session in tears feeling worse about yourself. I was basically laughed at & made fun of when I said my anxiety was stopping me leaving the house. I was referred for postnatal depression & this was skimmed over like it was nothing. She spoke more about food & exercise opposed to strategies to help me get through the thoughts in my head. If I wanted a dietician, I would've seen one.
