If you have read all of negative reviews then don’t be disheartened. I’ve been there twice and both times it was excellent. Today Dr Jun Xue attended to me and I can only say that he was excellent. He was not in a hurry and very professional clearly explained what I needed to do and twice asked me if I had any questions. The days of Bulk billing are almost over so we should be thankful for the doctors who are willing to work for less and still give the best care and advice they can within a reasonable timeframe. Tried calling twice between 8am and 9am. No reply. I suspect this medical practice is no longer in operation.
Waited almost an hour for my appointment where they completely rushed me for my mental health check, this place is clearly a highly disorganised disaster with no regard for their patients.
One of the few bulk billing GPs in the area, but had to wait 45 mins for a consultation that felt below standard. I would only go here for routine issues with low complexity
