Love me some bulkbarn, though it seems some employees here seem to have beef with eachother or seem to be non existent. Feels like im never greeted which is totally okay but when I have to look for them it gets harder for checkout or need help locating things. As a older employee quoted "they like to hide in the back on their phones". I understand they dont shift many people which again is totally not up to the workers and things happen so nothing against the workers. Jennifer deserves nothing less than five stars for her exceptional service at this branch of Bulk Barn. She is very customer oriented and quick to resolve issues to make shopping a pleasant experience for the customer.
had a very disappointing visit to Bulk Barn today. The cashier was completely unprepared and unwilling to handle a simple request to split my purchase into two separate bills. It’s a basic task that any cashier should be able to manage, but instead I was met with confusion and attitude. There was no effort to help or even explain why it couldn’t be done — just poor customer service all around.
