Have been overcharged several times. Prices on bins in $/lb or $/100g and bill in kg X $/kg. How does one figure this out at the cash? Also store doesn't supply many white tag and pencil station to identify bulk product. High risk of being overcharged like I was by 24%
I had a very disappointing experience at this Bulk Barn location. The cashier was extremely rude and refused to let me use the washroom, even though it was an urgent situation. This kind of attitude is totally unacceptable, especially toward customers. I’ve always liked shopping at Bulk Barn, but this experience really changed my opinion about this store. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff to treat people with more respect and basic decency.
