The staff are fine sure but that manager is working harder than the national military to catch any people sampling (with permission from staff). You can follow instructions and ask a staff member (normal) but that manager (not normal) will be speeding in from her car where she has her cctv footage to yell at you for not alerting her majesty first. The manager of this location is rude, disrespectful, and completely unwelcoming. I asked an employee for a sample of one of the foods and because they were busy, they said I could grab a sample. They watched me grab a sample and I can confirm I did not touch anything other than the metal scoop provided. The manager then proceeds to come out of her CAR and rushes into the store to tell me I cannot grab my own sample. She is hostile and rude and does not let me explain the situation.
