I went to return an item that I had selected by mistake and Laura, the store manager, looked after me with no hassles. She is always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly to customers. Great service!
Its the worst rated bulkbarn for a reason. Don’t get me wrong the staff are for the most part great. Its the narcissistic manager.
I noticed they put the prices up when the taxes were removed over Christmas ‘24 so people wouldn't notice which I find dishonest. Prices are rip offs too. Often have to wait for someone to come to the cash for checkout. I’d suggest going elsewhere.
Went to grab some candy with my girlfriend from the local Bulkbarn this evening, Everything went well until we went to checkout. The two employees were very unprofessional as they were arguing with a very loud tone and swearing. As a previous employee at Bulk Barn I can clearly see the Employees are still being mistreated by the Manager that still runs this location… Very disappointing and hoping new management takes over in the near future.
