The customer service from one employee in particular has been consistently disappointing, and it appears I’m not the only customer who has had a similar experience. During a recent visit, I was having difficulty with a payment method that simply didn’t work on the first attempt. Rather than helping me troubleshoot it, the employee told me that they no longer accepted that payment method. I asked if I could try it again, and on the second attempt it worked without any issue. Had a very poor experience at this location. The cashier on duty today was extremely rude and unprofessional. She started arguing unnecessarily just because she claimed the scoop was placed incorrectly. This is absolutely not how you treat customers. Management seriously needs to train their staff on basic customer service and politeness.
