The concept of bulk barn I honestly wonder what their value proposition as a company is. It is double the price of gram than buying a bag of anything. The only thing it would be worth paying for is if you only need a little of something you’ve never tried before but don’t necessarily want to commit to buying a regular product from your normal grocery store. They have a diverse flour selection. Beyond standard all-purpose, you’ll find coconut, buckwheat, oat, and chickpea flours—ideal for gluten-free or niche recipes like black bean brownies or lentil bread. Sometimes cheaper then grocery stores but not always.
