pricing. They've become a bit of a monopoly in some ways and their pricing is highway robbery. Nobody should pay $680 to have a residential deadbolt and lever replaced. I'm on our condo board, and we give them a lot of business. Will have to rethink doing that!!

Supposed to be here between 8:00 AM & Noon....no phone call to say running late. Showed up at 1:05 PM. You must have so many customers that you don't have to provide good customer service. :(
