Useless the moment you need their help. Even more hopeless since Octopus's buy out of Bulb.
UPDATE: In over an entire year, they never even attempted to fix the problem. Glad to see they've gone bust and their customer service team has gone with them. The customer service is absolutely shocking. I've contacted them 5 times and each advisor I've spoken to has brushed me off, didn't listen to a word I said and sent me completely irrelevant information. It's always "we'll email you" and 3/5 of those occasions they didn't even bother doing that. I sent a complaint to both their complaints email and help email addresses... read more
Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Been asking for my refund when I moved home back in Nov22 and they're saying they don't have payment details anymore so I would need to wait for WISE's email to get my refund. Up to now I still haven't heard from both and their customer service is just the worst and not helpful at all. Taking advantage of people is not good, Bulb!
