I cannot say enough about Dr. Bulan. He was the on-call plastic surgeon at MMC when my son fell and split his forehead open at the library. He stitched three layers and had an incredible bedside manner with my toddler and me, the mom. At follow up appointments he was so kind and patient with my son. There are doctors who know how to make children feel comfortable and others who don’t even try. Dr. Bulan is top-notch.
