The instructors are very knowledgeable in martial arts training. The best in the Black Hills!!!
I initially started by bringing my daughter to class and after a few weeks, Hanshi said “you know instead of just watching your daughter train, you could join us”. Long story short, almost 4 years later and i’m still training! Their program has not only been great for my physical well-being but Martial Arts has been an amazing outlet for my mental health as well.
