I am so bummed. I have been waiting for Nick at Built Wright Homes to pay for some damage his men did. After months of telling me they would pay I have decided I will pay it so I don't look bad. So disappointed in them.
Every person we came in contact with from the initial meeting to the final inspection was amazing. We ended up battling with the insurance adjuster & Kolin went to bat for us. We could have never gotten through this process without him. There was constant contact throughout the repairs. We picked the winning company to help us out! We get compliments on our home and I am quick to let them know that Built Wright Homes was the company that did it all! Thanks to you all!
Nick and the BW crew were fantastic! The roof installation began ten days after giving the go-ahead which, with material and labor shortages as well as supply chain issues, was phenomenal. It is a very large roof with lots of pitches, and the original material was shake shingle (very labor intensive to remove), yet the crew had this completed in about one day! Met with Garris for an estimate on our hail damage, very nice, professional but personable, on time-we had no trouble signing a contract for the work to be done!
Really happy with the siding job done by Built Wright on my house, it looks great! Had a few problems with loose siding after completion, but they made sure to get it completely fixed before the last payment was made, very professional!
