THIS IS FITNESS. Now a 24-Hour Functional Fitness Facility. Established in 2007, CrossFit BWI became the first CrossFit Affiliate in Maryland (first in the Baltimore Area). Since then, we’ve BUILT ourselves to provide so much more. We eat, breathe and live all things that lead you to a healthier life: fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being. I dropped in for a CrossFit class and had a great experience! Great programming, clean and spacious facility, friendly fellow CrossFitters. Ryan was very kind and supportive. Hope to be back the next time I’m in town!
The workouts are challenging but doable, and I feel motivated when I’m working out with others who are there pushing themselves to be better—it just makes you push even harder and not want to give up.
I am in love with this gym. The employees are so nice and very helpful. It stays pretty clean. Also the members all are respectful and it’s overall a very good atmosphere.
Staff is great. Better value than other gyms with better equipment. They make you feel welcome without trying to sell you on programs. You can focus on your work out.
