My transmission was slipping on my 2008 honda accord 135,000 miles. My transmission fluid was a bit burnt. I took my car to built to last, they test drove it and decided it was a good idea to change the fluid. The man actually went out and bought the correct fluid for my car specifically and changed my fluid within an hour. When I left the problem was solved, my car was running very smooth. Very friendly and helpful guys. They took care of my vehicle and even though it cost much it was worth it. God bless them. This is there specialty and they're great at it.
I had a very good experience with this shop. As a female, I am quite used to being taken advantage of. This shop treated me fairly, and even worked late to make sure that my car was done the same day. I was very grateful tot them.
