Exchanged multiple emails and set up an appointment to have them come out for a consultation and estimate. Did not show up, did not call, did not return email after missed appointment with any explanation. I had blocked off time from work to meet as well. Would not recommend.

We were very happy with the work Greta & Scott from Built To Bloom did for us. They provided several iterations on the design, and then did all of the installation per plan, adjusting a few things along the way as we requested. Very pleasant people to work with, and we strongly recommend them.
Paid $500 to get a design and quote from them and sincerely enjoyed their design and working with Scott and Greta. After receiving the bid, we called, texted and emailed trying to talk to them about the first phase and simply never heard back. After a week of trying to get a hold of them I am going to move on to find someone who communicates more effectively. The work was with over $50,000 in just the first phase, so I guess I'm glad we found out the lack of communication early rather than in the middle of a project. It's sa... read more
