Highly recommend, definitely worth the money. I started coming to see Coach Tara in February this year, as I needed help with lots of things, but most notably my shoulders, hips and knees. Tara did an amazing job putting together a program for me, making sure I understood what we were doing, and staying on top of my progression. Amy Foti is an outstanding fitness instructor. Her classes are challenging and fun. The atmosphere is relaxed yet intense…I am so fortunate to have found Built Strong Evolution and Amy’s program! I highly recommend it - it’s never too late to start a fitness program!

I couldn’t be more proud of this family we have created …… what an amazing team and fitness family.
