From the beginning when collecting bids from contractors, we conveyed the issues we were hoping to solve and Nathan's proposal not only checked the most off the list but was also smart from a general layout AND budget proposal. Then working closely with Kent/Jeremy for the day-to-day construction was very smooth and we appreciated their attention to detail, perfectionism, advocating for what we truly wanted with the subcontractors, etc. Will definitely recommend in the future!
