This is the worst place I've ever done business with. If you care about punctuality, quality, or good customer service, avoid Built So Well like a plague. I needed a very simple welding job done that took 15 minutes to complete. Two entire weeks after I originally dropped off my part, they called me to say it was done. After inspecting their work, it was clear that they hadn't listened to my directions whatsoever, so I respectfully asked that they redo it to the specifications that I had originally requested. The guys at “built so well” are awesome! We were traveling from Michigan to Colorado when we discovered the hitch on our 5th wheel was cracked and we were hauling a motorcycle trailer. They dropped everything and helped us, they fabricated the best new hitch for us and got us back on the road. Thanks again guys we really appreciated you.
